Stryke Industries Announces New Innovative Research Program Specialist

Stryke Industries, a highly specialized business development firm, is excited to announce their newest member of the team, Nichola Ostrander, as its Innovative Research Program Specialist. “Nichola will be focusing on creative collaboration with Stryke Team Members as they embark on an active strategy of research and development through small business innovation projects, broad agency announcements, grants and the like” stated Van Flamion, President of Stryke Industries. “Our current growth path has necessitated the move to bring aboard this caliber of talent in our grant writing initiatives – she is already running strong!”

Prior to joining Stryke, Nichola grew up in Corning, New York and attended college at Northern Virginia Community College where she received an Associate in Science with a major in Paralegal Studies. In 2002, Nichola moved back to her home town area and attended Keuka College, Where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management and a Masters in Management. Nichola has utilized the knowledge, skills and abilities she had acquired over the years to negotiate several marketing contracts between businesses. She has also assisted in and organized several charitable fundraisers for organizations such as USO, local elementary school, and local little league along with many others. While assisting several organizations to raise funds, she went on to become certified as a grant writer through Mansfield University. After receiving her certification, she continued assisting in the fundraising efforts for several non-profits. Nichola has been grant writing for 3 years with great success.
