Mr. Springer serves the Stryke Team as an Account Executive focusing growth strategies across a portfolio of Team Members. Prior to joining Stryke, he was a Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager at United Technologies Electronic Controls, focusing on manufacture of electronic controls serving the HVAC industry. Previous to this role, Mr. Springer held multiple positions at BAE Systems, Commercial Aircraft Solutions division. Mr. Springer initially focused within the supply chain holding responsibility for precision fabricated mechanical assemblies totaling approximately $10 MIL annual spend, as well as developing both a domestic and global sourcing strategies to support just in time delivery of these components. Mr. Springer then went on to work as a Customer Service Manager within the Aftermarket / MRO business space, the repair, modification, and overhaul of both commercial and military aerospace electronics. During this time Mr. Springer was responsible for the customer facing aspects of transferring an FAA approved Repair Station from Dallas, Texas to Fort Wayne, Indiana representing approximately $15 MIL of annual revenue. Mr. Springer, then went on to hold the title of Lean Transformation Leader, focusing on cultural transformation and teaching Shingo Principles for operational excellence throughout the enterprise. Mr. Springer is also a veteran of the Indiana Air National Guard, where he served as an F-16 Fuel Systems mechanic and as Chaplain Assistant. He is still currently active within the veteran community as the Chapter Community Outreach Director for the Fort Wayne Indiana chapter of Team Red White and Blue. Mr. Springer holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Purdue University, in Aeronautical Technology. Additionally, he holds FAA Airframe and Power plant licenses. He is currently he is pursuing his Masters of Business Administration in Aviation from Embry Riddle Aeronautical Institute.
